Privacy:

Your information is kept private and confidential. No information is shared with outside parties. Information collected is solely for the purpose of shopping on Glass Ripples.
 

Shipping:

We ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. 

Returns:

Artists' works and designer brands can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Vintage sales are final. Please carefully review all photos, videos, and descriptions before purchasing.

Item Condition:

We do our best to display the products as accurately as possible. However, colors and conditions may vary in person. Artists' works are handmade so there may be some imperfections and signs of hand-making. Most vintage items are made more than 30 years ago, so they may show small signs of wear due to aging.
