Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Assistant to support our daily store operations and grow with us. In this role, you will engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and ensure our store is clean, organized, and well-stocked with beautifully curated products.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
  • Share product knowledge and make personalized recommendations.
  • Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately.
  • Wrap fragile items with care and gift wrap neatly to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and creating attractive displays.
  • Contribute to promotional activities and seasonal events.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about art, design, and home goods.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
